Oil-Injected Air Compressor Industrial Rotary Screw Compressor Silent 40HP 30Kw
Screw air compressors are widely used in many industries. Advantages of Screw Air Compressors:
1. The screw air compressor has the advantages of high stability, high efficiency, small vibration and low noise.
2. The cooperation between the male and female rotors and the rotor and the casing is set, so that the leakage of gas backflow is less, and there is no gap volume at the same time, so the efficiency is high.
3. The sprayed lubricating oil has the functions of sealing, cooling, noise reduction and lubrication.

2.Efficient Screw Airend
High-precision twin-screw rotor, triple-glazed, less wearing parts, compact structure, large air delivery, high stability.
3.Full Copper Core High Efficiency Motor
High-performance motor, insulation class F, heavy-duty bearings, 3~5% higher efficiency than similar products.
4.Intake Valve
The air intake valve can automatically adjust the air volume from 0 to 100% according to the requirements of the system air volume, and the pressure loss is small.
5.Cooler
A huge design of cooler volume to discharge 35% margin. As a result, a machine can operate at high temperature and avoid the phenomenon of carbon deposit caused by the high temperature of the compressor.
6.Electrical Components
Electrical components are made by the world famous brands Schneider and Siemens which use silver contact to make it possible to operate more than three million times and ensure the long-term safety.
7.Flex-mounted Precision Tube
To protect the pipelines from leaking and reduce the loss of oil pipeline pressure.
8.Oil and gas separator
II adopts a huge oil and gas separator. After a three times' deep bed filtration, the oil volume is less than 3ppm and the pressure loss is only 0.02Mpa. With the reduction of oil mist exhaustion, the running cost of downstream equipment is increasingly lessen.
